Mediation is a fast, flexible and confidential process that provides the opportunity to solve the problem in a creative and satisfactory way for both parties. It is an out-of-court method of concluding agreements, in which the parties have a chance to reach a satisfactory solution to their dispute on neutral ground, in a safe space, in a calm atmosphere with the help of an impartial and neutral mediator.
In our Mediation and Negotiation Center, we conduct mediations and help in concluding agreements, guided by the idea that a good settlement often gives a chance to continue positive relations between the conflicting parties, which is important both in the case of economic and family mediations.
